Plain Donuts

Who says donuts need to be smothered in icing and sprinkles? Our plain donuts are so good they don’t need dressing up.

Ingrid Dunster began selling her homemade donuts in her hometown of Fredericton back in the 1960s. We’re proud to say that now, over fifty years later, we’re carrying on the tradition by baking our donuts with her original recipe.

All of our donuts are cake donuts, just like the ones Mrs. Dunster used to make. Cake donuts are more dense and rich than their yeast-risen counterparts. In fact, the average Mrs. Dunster’s donut weighs in at over 60 grams! Mrs. Dunster’s donuts are also made without a hole, because what would you rather bite in to: air or more donut?
